MEDITATION

I centre myself in a comfortable position … I focus attention on my breath, seeing it as light and energy which flows down from the Source through the crown of my head … filling my body with radiance … and flowing out through the soles of my feet … so that I am connected to the inspiration of heaven and the grounding of the earth … I then breathe in slowly three times … one breath to relax more deeply and let thoughts and tension drain away … one breath to centre my attention in stillness … and one breath to expand my consciousness to the space around me.

I invoke with prayerful and loving intent my guardian angel and the presence of the Angel of Abundance, to share this journey with me … assisting me with seeing things in new ways … and inspiring me to take loving action in the world … Now before me arise impressions of the Angel of Abundance … I take a moment to observe … and to give thanks for my partnership with the angelic realm.

From my still point within, I expand my consciousness out around me … it goes further and further out into space … staying firmly within me at all times … My awareness extends into higher and higher planes … I soar with the Angel of Abundance … I am lifted in divine light and love … I am in perfect peace.

I become aware that I am connected to the Source of All Being … and that I am more than connected … I am part of the Source … I cannot be separated from it … the I AM that is me is part of the cosmic, infinite, eternal I AM THAT I AM … a limitless perfection of abundance … love … and wholeness … I am part of this, too.

I ask the Angel of Abundance to show me my true abundance … before me the Angel reveals the bounty and treasure that is mine … I experience it in awe and glory … I experience the abundance I have already known in my life … and the abundance that lies waiting for me to manifest.

I ask the Angel of Abundance to show me the truth about abundance … its meaning … its essence.

I absorb the teachings deep into my being … I imagine the teachings as light that penetrates my body … and goes into my very cells … bathing them and nourishing them with truth … I understand abundance … I accept abundance … I manifest abundance … I become abundance.

I ask the Angel of Abundance to show me how I can bring greater abundance into being … into my life … into the world … into the service of Oneness through love … The Angel has been waiting for me to ask … and the answers flow readily to me in many ways … I take my time to experience and absorb them all.

From this experience, I allow to come into my mind an affirmation … my proclamation of abundance.
